Meet The Bee Helpers

The Bee Helpers

The Bee Helpers are Richard, Rose, and Izaak Johnson

Given Bees and other pollinators are essential to all our futures. As a family, living in Narborough, Leicestershire, Richard, Rose and their son Izaak, who is in his final GCSE year at High School, wanted to do something that would directly help Bees and make a positive contribution to the natural environment and help climate change. So in December 2021 they set up 'The Bee Helpers', learnt about honeybees and established their first apiary at an ideal location for Bees backing onto the River Soar and open countryside in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire. Kindly donated by Steve and Lisa Pinsent of Wilfred Pinsent & Grandson, Independent off-licence and Tap Room.

Using Our Professional Skills and Experience to Help Bees and Business

Richard and Rose hit on the idea that a way to help Bees is by also helping organisations. Drawing on Richard's background in HR, People and Organisational Development, Employee Engagement and Culture Change and Rose's background in Brand, Marketing, and Insight. They offer organisations a range of unique innovative services that enhance an organisation's environmental credentials and employer brand, provide events to facilitate businesses development opportunities with customers, and improve employee experience.
